George D. Andrews, President

Since becoming President of S&S Plating in 1985, George has been involved in the design and installation of the company's plating processes as well as working with customers in developing specialized electroplating applications for their unique parts. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is a Certified Electro Finisher (CEF).

Gregory L. Andrews, Vice President

As Vice President, Greg is responsible for sales and overseeing operations. Additionally, he focuses on developing present business as well as cultivating new business from both current and new clients. Greg began his career at S&S Plating at a young age and has a working knowledge of all aspects of the business.

Brady McClellan, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Brady is responsible for day to day operations, working closely with the sales staff to determine customer needs, while demonstrating a high degree of process and relationship management. Brady graduated from UT Austin in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Debra Sanford, Office/Accounting Manager

Debra started with S&S Plating in 1987 as a bookkeeper. She has implemented new software specifically for the metal finishing industry to keep up with ever-changing customer requirements. Debra now oversees the office staff and is responsible for all accounting functions.

Jose Villanueva, Plant Manager

Jose started with S&S Plating in December 1984. Initially working in the Blasting Department and as a plater, he then began working with management in developing new projects, adding several processes. Jose has been Plant Manager at S&S Plating since 1998. He is responsible for the direction of the shift production which includes managing the supervisors and hourly workforce to produce quality products.
